A brief story on how Go Think! began.
I left Adplex in 2007, the company I founded 26 years earlier, and developed RelationShopTM as an integrated digital platform to bring together loyalty systems, POS data, and other retailer data points into a common client facing website. This enabled retailers to offer real-time customer interaction like click-to-account offers from fully-automated digital campaigns. In 2016, we re-engineered our analytics offering through a partnership with Manthan, a leader in prescriptive and predictive analytics powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Today, RelationShopTM is the only comprehensive, omni-commerce shopper platform that offers 1-1 personalized customer engagement for shoppers with robust analytics driving actionable insights and automated promotions for retailers.
